These terms apply to your use of triocareclinic.com, operated by Triocare Clinic. By using the website or requesting an appointment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02 Medical information

Content on this website is for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor. Suitability for any treatment can only be decided after an in-person assessment.

03 Appointments

Submitting the website form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Our coordinator will contact you to confirm a date and time.
Please call the branch if you need to reschedule or cancel, ideally at least 24 hours in advance.
Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you.

04 Our branches

Our Kukatpally, Hyderabad clinic offers hair and skin treatments. Our Tirupati clinic offers hair treatments only. Facial aesthetic treatments are available at the Kukatpally branch.

05 Treatment and results

Every patient is different. Results depend on factors such as age, hair and skin type, medical history and following aftercare advice. Before-and-after photographs and patient stories show individual outcomes and are not a guarantee of your result. Risks, benefits and alternatives will be explained to you before treatment, and you will be asked to give written informed consent.

06 Fees and payment

Treatment fees are confirmed in writing after your consultation and depend on your personalised plan. Any price mentioned elsewhere is indicative only. Payment terms, and any refund for treatments not yet performed, will be explained before you begin treatment.

07 Using this website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with its operation.

08 Intellectual property

The text, design, logo, photographs and videos on this website belong to Triocare Clinic or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

09 Links to other websites

The website may link to or embed third-party services such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.

10 Limitation of liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is always error-free or uninterrupted.
