01 Who we are

Triocare Clinic (“Triocare”, “we”, “us”) provides hair transplantation, hair and scalp treatments and facial aesthetics from our clinics in Kukatpally, Hyderabad and Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use triocareclinic.com or contact us. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

02 Information we collect

Information you give us when you request an appointment, call, email or message us:

Your name and phone number
The treatment you are interested in, preferred branch and preferred day
Anything you choose to write in your message

Information collected at the clinic as part of your care, such as medical history, scalp and skin assessments, treatment records and clinical photographs.

Technical information collected automatically when you browse the website, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs kept by our hosting provider.

To respond to your enquiry and confirm, reschedule or remind you about appointments
To assess, plan and deliver your treatment and follow-up care
To keep medical records as required by law and professional guidelines
To keep the website secure and working properly

We do not sell your personal data, and we will not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

04 Clinical photographs

Photographs taken during consultation and treatment are part of your medical record. We will only use photographs on our website, social media or in other material with your separate written consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. Where possible, identifying features are cropped or blurred.

Your information is shared only where needed:

With our doctors and clinic staff involved in your care
With service providers who run our website, hosting and email, under confidentiality obligations

Our contact page shows embedded Google Maps, which is provided by Google and subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

06 How long we keep it

Appointment enquiries that do not lead to treatment are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Medical records are kept for the period required by applicable medical regulations. We keep your data only as long as needed for these purposes.

07 How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to records and password-protected systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Our services are intended for adults. Treatment for anyone under 18 requires the consent and presence of a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data through the website.
